"Print Shipping Label" Button is not showing up?

This is my second time receiving an order through the Direct Checkout option since setting it up yesterday. When i go to "sold orders" there is no "print shipping label" button available to me. Yesterday I marked the item as shipped hoping the button would magically appear. I even emailed the Etsy Help Team and they told me that I cannot print out a label once the shipped button is clicked... only the print label button was never there to begin with... I'm confused. I know it should be there... and the orders say "paid with direct checkout". Am i supposed to wait a certain amount of time before the button appears? I had to print out a label in PayPal yesterday for a direct checkout order by "shipping another" to a previous customer and changing the shipping address to the direct checkout one. I hope that i do not have to do this all the time otherwise I will cancel the direct checkout option. Can anyone help? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance!!!

Yes, you should see a print label button in your orders--if you have not marked shipped. This help article has a screen shot of what you should see in your open orders:

If you aren't seeing it, try a different browser if you have one. You can try all the other "usual things" clear browser cache, reboot computer.


If you still don't see it, I would say post in bugs and see if they can help there. They will probably want a screen shot of the order page with no print label button. Instructions how to take a screen shot here: http://take-a-screenshot.org/

Its still not there after clearing my cache or after trying it in a new browser. I have taken screenshots and i will be reporting them soon, thank you for your help!
