Whats the method for getting additional shipping from a customer

I have many people who don't pick the right shipping method or would like to change to express or what ever post direct checkout. How are people requesting additional shipping monies?. I hate to make my customers go to paypal when they didn't pay that way in the first place. Any plans for an invoicing system?

Hi Rebecca!

At this time, direct checkout does not offer an invoice option. It is a feature we'd like to add in the near future.

that was a great answer, kind of what I had in mind.
And it"s better than creating a new listing for the balance!...of course.
Which is what I did, and the buyer has ignored it, because he knows it
shipped already. Needed it right away. ... There's no cure for that.
