processing etsy order e-mail

I have received a few e-mails that an order is being processed. I am just curious why I get this sometimes, not all the time, just sometimes. It says not to ship until it confirms which is usually very soon after.

It means there are some extra checks going on to ensure that it is a valid transaction and not fraudulent.
