I been with etsy for awhile, and still not sure where the funds are going from a sale, I have a ? next to my credit card and bank account.. I update all the time and the ? nevers goes away, what am I doing wrong,, lulu

The little question marks are on everybody's shop payment account page. When you hover the mouse over the question mark, a little explanation box pops up with helpful information.

The funds should be in your shop payment account. They will be sent from there to your checking account. The timing of the transfer depends on how long you've been selling on Etsy.

Does your shop payment page show any funds available for deposit?

Once the money is sent to your bank, you are left with zeros all over your shop payment account page. (I hate the way that looks...) You might want to check your bank statements to be sure everything is transferring smoothly. :)

It said my funds were sent to my bank,is that by a horse and carriage? What? Ive been selling since 2008,Im not sending a package till I see the money.Order was placed 3 days ago. Etsy says based on my history I can get the money the next day. What time zone?Yes this is not my first complaint about direct checkout and the last time all you say is,it looks like you arent happy with etsy? Nice answer.Was sent a message yesterday,funds on the way. Today,it says NO MONEY is available for deposit and its not in the bank. So did my customers check bounce?

Your customer can't pay with a check for direct checkout, only credit cards or an Etsy gift card.

If they say the money has been sent to the bank, then it has been sent. It is now completely up to your bank how soon you get your money.

You did not even need to wait this long to ship. As soon as it is in the shop payment account, you are okay to ship. (f the credit card transaction hasn't gone through completely, the transaction will still be "processing", rather than "paid", and the money will not yet appear in your shop payment account.
