"Still Being Processed"?

Hi
This is my first issue with using direct checkout.
Yesterday I sold a handbag and I noticed that my stats reflected the money but it was not in my sold orders folder; there was only a message that I "still have orders being processed" and that the money was available in my shop payment acct.
I checked the acct. this morning and there is still no money or record there from the sale of the handbag, nor is the sale in my sold orders folder.
I had a second DC sale following that one, and it is in the sold orders folder and the money is reflected in my shop payment acct.
Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks so much

That generally means there is something with the credit card that was used that is slowing down the process while Etsy verifies the legitimacy of the payment. And being the weekend may slow it down further.

Re: "Still Being Processed"?

Our DC orders are usually processed within an hour. Perhaps the buyer had an error in their address, and that is slowing the process down?

Sometimes it takes a few days, sometimes it's instant. You'll get an email from Etsy when the transaction is complete or denied. It's much better to have it denied if there is any chance that the numbers don't match up. Hang in there! :)
