Signature Confirmation is not the same thing as you probably already know?
Delivery Confirmation makes it able for you to track the package and know when it was delivered. Signature Confirmation is when someone has to sign for the package. This is what I use when shipping to a business or apartment building.
The problem with Delivery Confirmation is that it only means the package was delivered, not to whom.
