customers address not on receipt

unlike pay pal, direct check out does not have the customers address on the receipt that i print out . I need to have the customers address for taxes, out of state etc.have i missed something or is that just the way it is, irritating for sure.

I just printed a DC order earlier today from the "print order" link and the customer address is on that.

I would say try starting fresh--log out, close browser/clear cache, and try again and see if you still have the issue. If the issue persists, try a different browser if you have one and see if that solves it.

You must have the customers address. How could you send them the package or print the label???

I think they mean at the downloaded report of DC and not the receipt

yes i just mean the receipt i need the address on, the order shows the address.

Ok i had the question wrong it is the SHOP PAYMENT. account receipt that does not show the customers address, so therefore i need to print out two receipts the order, and the shop payment if i want a hardcopy. That kind of sucks.
