Why Aren't All My Shop Able to Get Direct Checkout

Was there a reason only one of my shops was able to get Direct Checkout. I have three shops and only one has it. Are there certain requirements for getting DC? I have noticed that not every shop on Etsy has DC or did they just not want it?

Did you sign up to get in line with each shop? And even if you did, they are rolling it out in order of signing up, I think.

I don't know, I can't remember. Maybe it was something I did a long time ago and forgot about.

I have 3 shops, this one has had it for over 2 months, one of them got it a couple of weeks ago, and the third is still waiting. I think it is just random
