Trying to verify direct payment

Hi!

I went to verify the deposits that etsy emailed me about today. The link to verify this has expired. Yet, it say my direct payment is actived?.?

Is this true?

Are you looking at an email or your shop payment account? I verified my deposits through my shop payment account.

my acouunt states that I take direct payment.

I thought we had to verify that we received the small deposits before they activated the direct payment

My account also said I accepted DC before those deposits showed up. (I actually got a sale within hours of signing up.) In other words, you do accept DC even though your bank account has not yet been verified. Just verify the deposits when they show up and you'll be fine. While you're waiting you just might get a sale!

i think you can accept them as soon as you sign up, but can't transfer money out or they can't transfer money out until your account is verified. which i am having a problem with. i tried too many times because i wrote down the deposits incorrectly so now i have to start all over. oh, well.

That didn't take long at all. Congrats. Just curious, was it a new buyer or a return customer?

I just verified my account today
You still accept DC before your account is verified but they can't send you any money until your account is verified so the sooner you get it done the better
They hold the money for 10 days while this takes place then on the next Monday you can get your money deposited
They give you a date in the info for when funds will be available
I first have to have a DC sale to get funds lol but hopefully now that it is all set up it will be soon
Now to get it in my other shop! Still waiting for it there
