Who to contact when we have a question on our DCO account?

Hi, I've had about three sales that paid via Etsy's Direct Checkout. But when I go to see my Shop Payment Account, it's telling me I have $xx available which is the same as for only the last of the sold orders. No, the first two orders' amounts have not been deposited into my account yet, so I'm wondering what is happening to the first two order's funds, and I don't see where I can contact someone to ask about this. Who do we contact when we have questions on the accounting?

Hi Rubi and Julia,

The amount you see available as the balance in the right most column in Completed Order Activity in your Shop Payment Account is the cumulative amount for the sales you've made through direct checkout. This is the same as your total account balance as well.

The amount column in your Completed Order Activity is the dollar amount for each order.

For example, if you have 3 sales for $5 each, the top most row in the balance column will read $15, while the amount column will read $5 in each row.

Rubi and others with DC problems--Last night in exasperation, I went to help→, contact us→email form, and filled out an email form explaining my problem with the DC process. This is the response I got. I was asked not to distribute the answer, but any of you could do what I did and get the same answer. I have not yet taken that step will do so very shortly and see what happens.

To remove direct checkout from your store:
> payment methods, click Your Shop > Shipping & Payment and select
> the Payment Methods tab. Deselect the credit card payment method
> and save your settings. This way, you will receive no new sales
> through direct checkout.

Oh my bad, I was misreading the Shop Payment Account, it wasn't until I wrote it down on a piece of paper I figured it out. Sorry! But glad to know where to come with questions. Thanks :)
