When does the ten day for first time payement start

I had my first order with DC and it was supposed to be deposited 1-26-12 which is today when I clicked on the shop payment account it shows the amount available for deposit as of today so does that mean that today is when the ten day hold starts? I thought the ten days started once the order has been shipped out.

Is there anyone out there who could tell me or help to bump this up.

Hey Debra,
The one time 10-day hold starts the day you add your bank account, in order for us to confirm this is the right bank account and that there is nothing fraudulent occurring. It is not related to an actual sale.

If you have a deposit scheduled for today, it should go out at 4:30 pm.

Okay thank you so it's after 4:30 pm. I had been checking it earlier today so I though well it must mean first time after the scheduled deposit date.
