What would happen if....

..... I decide I no longer want DC, and I turn it off, but, the 10 day waiting period isnt up till June 4th and etsy owes me $100.50 from sales.

Would I still be able to process those monies in to my bank account once the 10 days are up (and the 3 days shipping hold) even if I have DC turned off.

Basically I turned it on, and have deiced that although paypal can be irritating, I feel safer with them handling my $ as they have way more experience, I had no clue about the 10 day hold when I turned it on (and the sales came in) and I don't like shipping goods out that haven't been technically paid for, because someone else has my money and is deciding when I can get it, and how is Etsy going to handle tough disputes between buyers and sellers with no phone support? I can call paypal any time I want for help, and they will walk through things with me.

So yes, I have MAJOR "turn on remorse" and wish I hadn't done it.

I just want to turn it off, but I want to be paid the $100.50 for items I am shipping out tomorrow aqnd am worried that if I turn it off that money will disappear!

Oh and one last thing. Etsy hasn't deposited the two small monetary fees yet, so, I have to wait for them to do it, before i can put in those numbers to verify my bank account so I can get the money sent there.

Will the ability to do that disappear if I turn DC off? Which would in turn then put my monies in limbo.

So many questions. Sorry. I should have thought of all of this prior to turning DC on, I just jumped on in without 110% thinking it all the way through and getting the questions that bothered me answered.

I have been using DC for about a month now, and it has been smooth, and works just like they said it would; I do understand your feelings, though.
just don't want you to worry about the funds.

after the initial 10 day hold, the funds are transferred either the following monday after you click the shipped button, or you can schedule an earlier deposit.
