Trouble Verifying my Bank Account

Help - I'm having trouble.

I received my bank deposits but when I tried to verify my bank account today I kept getting messages that the amounts were incorrect. Which they weren't.

Now I just received this message:

"You've exceeded your limit of incorrect guesses.

You will need to re-enter your bank account information after which we will deposit two new amounts into your bank account and ask that you come back and try to verify again.

Please re-enter your bank account information here."

This is my second try in verifying my bank account - the first time the exact same thing happened so I had to redo my bank info with Etsy for a new deposit which came through today and still isn't working.

I figured out I needed to leave the decimal point off the number when entering the amount. Instead of .07, it was just 07. Could that be your problem? Hope you figure it out soon!

I left the decimal point off in all my tries.

Hopefully an admin will come along and advise me what to do.

each time you exceed your limit of tries you have to reverify your account and wait for a new set of little deposits. it took me three tries. you just enter the number without anything 01 02 without any decimal. so if you are on your third try then wait for your third set of little deposits.

my husband kiddingly said this could be a money making proposition.

it finally worked for me today so i am all good.

Thanks for the advice. However, I have entered the numbers as 01 and 02 without a decimal and it still doesn't work and I've already gone through 2 tries.

And I had a customer use direct checkout for payment a few days ago and I'm starting to wonder if this will ever work for me.

i got it on the third try. wait for third set of deposits and try again. then contact team captain.

I've not gotten my deposits yet but perhaps it matters in which order a person enters the deposits.
ie: if 01 07 doesn't work perhaps 07 01 will?
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and for me.

I've tried reversing the order of the deposits as well.

Hopefully this will be straightened out soon.
