Sold item reappearing as live listing

So one of the items I sold and shipped showed back up as a live listing- convo me for the item link etsy but has this happened to anyone else? I deactivated it so no one could try to buy it again...

Do you have the amount available as more than one? If so, it renews automatically when sold

This happened to me on something I actually purchased from another seller. It kept appearing in searches as an available item but when I clicked on it, it was showing as sold. Very odd.
