Pay Etsy Bill With Shop Payment Account Funds?

Why is it not possible to pay my etsy bill with my shop account funds? Suuuper redundant to send money to my bank account then turn around and send it back to pay my bill- would make it much easier to keep funds available for postage too....

I would also like it much better if shipping costs came out of the shop payment account instead of being added to the Etsy bill. Please!
