Simple Monthly statement with TOTAL direct checkout fees please

Can we please have a simple monthly (printable) statement or receipt that lists TOTAL direct checkout fees for the month for tax purposes, so we do not have to print out pages and pages of transactions.

I really don't think the csv is appropriate records for tax purposes either.
Every other credit co. I work with allows me to print a one page monthly fee summary.

Am I missing something where this is possible and I don't have to waste pages of paper and ink?

That would be great, otherwise the tracking is very cumbersome. A monthly or quarterly printable report would be perfect.

wow I didn't even think about this. I just assumed their was a monthly report. You mean I have to print out every transaction to prove my fees? yikes what a waste of a tree:(

Kindred minds.... I was just coming to the board today to BEG for the same thing! We need monthly statements. Puleeeeze. It's kind of a standard business practice when some organization is charging/sending you money :)

Check out outright.com. It imports everything from Etsy and paypal and is free. There were lots of posts about this yesterday. I downloaded my data and am so excited about what it will do for us.

I was coming to the boards to ask about the same thing! I'm surprised there are no reports available, paypal has everything laid out so nicely in their report center.

I just looked at Outright and now can I see where I can view the fees by category but I'm am still a little confused.

My question. Are the DC fees and shipping labels fees included in our monthly Etsy bill. I haven't quite got on board with Outright, so I still need to record all of my fees separately. Does anyone know the answer to this??

adding my vote. It doesn't do me any good to track the final deposited amount -- I need to be able to break it down, otherwise it messes up my state sales taxes. I have to pay tax on the total amount of a sale, not just the amount that was left after DC fees.

Yes, I am dreading the end of the month.
Trying to keep track of Etsy deposits and seperating Etsy shipping from my Etsy bill and then the Pay Pal on top of it is a time sucker.

I was just comparing the Outright DC fees compared to the Etsy DC fees, line by line and there are a few discrepancies. It is where there has been a partial refund. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place...

In any case, a CSV file downloaded from Etsy, month by month would be a real timesaver.
