Shipping Label Lost

How do I reprint a shipping label that did not print at all though it shows a tracking number already?
On PayPal you have the option of reprinting label within 24 hours.

Adriana I've never had that happen so I don't know the answer to your question. You might ask on the shipping improvements team. You might get an answer faster from them.

I hope you get it figured out quickly.

If you go into the receipt and scroll down--there should be a button to download the label at the bottom left.

You should be able to save the file, it is in pdf format, and then be able to print it.
