Ship saver insurance and direct checkout

I am wondering what I did wrong. I can not get my ship saver insurance to import DC orders. What am I doing wrong?

I did one just fine, but that was a week ago.

Did you click the refresh sales button? I tend to forget that is there (I don't use shipsaver a lot) and it takes me a second or two to remember that.

I would contact the shipsaver help if you can't get it sorted, it should be the far right top tab.

Yes, I did do the refresh button. It was an international sale, I wonder if that had anything to do with it? Although international sales have never been a problem before. I have used it many times.

I've never had an issue with the international orders either.

Was it one of their excluded countries? I don't know if they would block those or not.

No, it was UK. I think I will message or call ship saver and ask about it.
