Returns

I have a customer that completed two transcations. She only wanted one so I made and mailed the one she wanted. How do I refund her money on the unwanted sell?
She did a direct payment.

Thanks, Glad you guys are here!

Re: Returns

Go the sold order. Click on the Order number. Scroll down to Manage Account or is it Manage Order. Click on. There should be a place to issue a refund.

Re: Returns

I need help. I see that Etsy charged me 20 cents for every item I have listed even though I did not sell them. How often is that done?

Re: Returns

Hi Cory,

Fees are explained here:
http://www.etsy.com/help/article/2144

Specifically to your question:

"Each listing on Etsy costs $0.20 USD when the listing is published. A listing lasts for four months or until the item is sold. After four months if the item has not sold, then the listing expires. Listing fees are added to your monthly Etsy bill."

For sold orders you will have transaction fees and if order is paid by Credit Card or PayPal there will be those processing fees.

As Pinch said in the above post.... that is the correct listing fee for four months of exposure in your shop. When you think about it, that is extremely reasonable too.
