Returned First Class International Item I need to resend....recreate label...

this order went out and ended up returned back to me...
the buyer wants it and wants me to resend it
its first class international...

I can't send through Paypal and the Post Office iwll not give me insurance on it...

so can you please reopen this so I can print another label...

Why don't you buy online insurance, there are several companies and it is cheaper than the post office insurance.

This is one I use, and Etsy also uses U-Pic in Direct Checkout shipping.
I had no problems when I filed a claim w/them recently for non-delivery.

It is easy to use shipsurance.com to insure your package. Even if you could insure through usps, you would do better to use a third part insurer. Better coverage and better price!
