Refund Charges

My apologies if this has been addressed previously but I didn't see it....is there a charge for refunds? For instance, I refund shipping if it's over $1.00 or if there has been an issue with an item and I want to refund a portion of the price, etc will I be charged the same % on any refund that I make.

I *think* it is similar to PayPal. You get your percentage back.
