Partial Refund with DIRECT CHECKOUT

I spent less than expected on shipping one of my orders.

I want to do a partial refund on shipping only.

Does someone know the steps for partial refund?

Hi Jossiani,
From the SPA, we have a link called "quick tips." In there are top FAQ for direct checkout and you should see how to issue a refund in there - you simply go to the receipt page and click "manage order > issue refund." This will take you to the refund page where you can issue a full or partial refund.

Another question on this - just read the Quick Tips link on my SPA. I also want to give back a partial refund to a customer because of shipping. Do I do this before I mark it as shipped? or after?? or does it matter at all?

well found my own answer thanks to another thread - the Manage Orders tab is very easy to use!
