On the left, under the heading "Shop Settings", click the link that says " Shipping & Payment ".
On that page there will be a tab labelled "Payment Methods", click that.
PayPal should be the second option. Check the box and fill in your email.
Scroll to the bottom and click the save button on the left hand side.
