Need refund report

I need a report of refunds handled from Direct Checkout (on items, sales tax and shipping). Where can I access this? I thought it would be in my billing statement but it looks like that only shows refunds processed on items.

Hi Lisa,

Great question! You have a couple of options.

The first is to download a CSV file of your sales records. Once you've downloaded the report, you can filter by direct checkout sales and tally up any refunds. For more info on that option, check out this Help article: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/211

The other option is Outright, Etsy’s recommended bookkeeping tool. All of your historical sales data and ongoing sales will automatically transfer into Outright. If you do not have an Outright account yet, you can sign up for free here: http://outright.com/signup/

that info isn't correct. the csv file downloaded from etsy only includes partial refunds. it does not include sales that were cancelled and refunded entirely.

outright numbers simply are not matching the numbers you provide in your csv downloads. I can't recommend them. your csv numbers are also not matching the 1099 you sent.

From what I can see, and I just made a refund this evening, it shows the refund amount on the receipt for the order, once it is processed. You can just put these amounts in a spreadsheet and keep track for the year.
