Multi order shipping ..scan sheet?

I didn't see one anyplace but was wondering if there was a scan sheet for multi orders like the one they have on Paypal? My PO people get POed when you don't have one and they have to scan things individually. I asked this a couple days ago in biz but didn't even get a single answer..not even a TVP or spam! lol

Non of them seem to like anything that requires any extra effort on their part. I just tell them, at least the postage and labels are already there. It wasn't that long ago, that they were all entered by hand too.

They seem to have time to spend 10 minutes helping a customer pick just the right stamp, which really gets me, when I am the one behind them. It is just as bad as waiting to pay for gas while someone decides which lottery tickets they would like. I need some coffee!!

LOL..too true. Mine are generally pretty nice so I can't complain. I'd hate to go through that spiel they have to go through with each customer. I can't believe I had to join 2 new teams to get to a scan sheet, but oh well! At least this one seems helpful.

From my understanding--that is one of the trade offs with the discounted postage. They don't "have" to scan packages with the discounted postage individually, but they do have to scan the form if you have it.

Lol, and if they know what it is. Most of the clerks at my PO don't know what a scan sheet is. I tried it once, and was told the scan form wasn't USPS and I was confused. BUT I do have a good PO, I just have to drop at the counter or in the box they have for packages and they will scan them all individually before it goes to the sort facility (98% of the time)--just not then and there if they are busy. I only go to the counter for the stuff I have to--express and sometimes international.

I would say if you don't like your PO, check out another one in your area if that is feasible. The knowledge/service from PO to PO can vary considerably.
