How do I get a multi order scan form? My wife got one in her direct checkout when she joined this team, so I joined too and no scan form?

I think you have to be part of the shipping improvements team to get the scan form. Be sure to read up on it in that team, as there are some limitations in the Etsy implementation on what can got on the same scan form
