Marking as shipped isn't working on one order

One of my sales today that was through DC won't show as "shipped". I've sent the notification twice, and under my Sold Orders it shows up as shipped, but when I go to my Shop Payment account, it says that I still need to mark the order as shipped and it appears as still Open.

Help!

Try clearing your browser cache, log out, close out browser. Come back and try. If that still doesn't work try a different browser if you have one.

If still not fixed you may want to convo one of the team leaders and see if they can help you.
