Let be visible Paypal or DC

What I would really like to see is how a customer paid for a purchase without having to click on receipt. Right off the bat I look at my Sold Orders and then I have to click receipt to see how they paid. Why is that? I think this would be a good feature.

On another note is there anyway to get a logo for all the payment types you take to put on your shop banner? I fiddled with one and it looks OK but still a bit fuzzy.

Hi.

Go to your sold orders.
Under the print shipping label button you will see the following message if it was a DC sale.
"For orders paid by credit card, marking shipped cannot be undone."

Thanks for the reply! I just would like to see how purchases were paid for without having to click into anything. This way I know to record it in my check book and mark it ship ASAP after I drop it off at the post office. It was just an idea.

But Joanna, I always keep a paper record of the receipt (antiquated, I know, but it shows a picture and everything I could possibly need and I keep them in chronological order -- old fashioned...). So -- I print it out first thing, and I have everything to record in my checkbook, and mark anything on that as well as checkbook, and also can mark it as sent with the tracking number on it (if you use USPS). It's all very tidy.

Perhaps you can just change your order in the routine ?

This is the message you see on your sold page without going to the receipt. Orders paid with PayPal don't have that message under the shipping label buttons.

Mari, Thank for the tip! That's a lot of ink and paper to keep and use. Although that's how I keep a lot of my tax records.

Anything that is paid for via Paypal will have the Paypal logo shown - so it might be quicker for you to scan for that (or lack of that) instead of the tiny ""For orders paid by credit card..." message to keep the two types separate.
