I had my first sale with customer paying of course through DC. She just emailed me that she doesn't like the item it's not enough grey in it it's more tan and also that the ring is to small even though it is adjustable. I told her to open it more since it is adjustable and she said it is still too small. She would like to return it so how do I do that and also I don't have enough money in my account to refund her the money until this weekend. What do I need to do when I email her back to let her know that she can return the ring. Do I have to pay for her to ship it back to me and do I wait until she actually returns it to me before I issue the refund. She lives in the UK I just want to do the right thing.
