I am having difficulty finding a way to cancel a DC order at customer's request, and to issue a refund. I can find no means of doing either on the sold order page. Help would be appreciated, thanks, Gustys
On the receipt look about half way down the page on the right side and you'll see Manage Order. If you hover your mouse over it you will see two options: issue a refund and cancel. Just follow the steps from there.
