I refunded a customer after an item did not arrive by Christmas. I was happy to refund her, and because she was so upset I did the ultimate "no-no" I refunded the item before she returned it. I did get the necklace back, but she wrote me this morning, almost 2 weeks after Direct Check out took the funds out of my checking account, and said that she still has not gotten the refund. I sent her the transaction number, she double checked her bank statement, and nope, no refund. I would like to put her in touch with "the power that be", so I don't have to be involved.
Does anyone know how to contact someone connected with direct check out. HELP!!!
