Help! Open orders not showing in shop payment account

Hi, my open orders from nov 8- today aren't appearing in open orders section. The last order appearing is Nov 7. Any ideas ??

Hey Irina,

Thanks for posting to the DC team. Taking a quick peek at your account, I see that you were enabled for pre-shipping deposits on November 7, 2012. As such, any orders going forward would no longer be listed in your "Open Orders" section.
