A customer purchased an item that wasn't for sale; it was just on display. It's my Rolodex that was featured in Country Living magazine, so I listed it but clearly stated NOT FOR SALE as my first words in the title, and in the first sentence. She purchased it...newbie. Help! I've never canceled an order before, and i'm just not sure how to go about it. She used direct check out. Now what??
