HI I need help on issuing a refund

I found where I can cancel an order through DC but as Im explaining as to why Im cancelling it hit me
I will be refunding the entire order including shipping this is just fine
what I want to know before I hit refund this Will I get the listing fees of the items as well as the transaction fees. I use auto relist so I do not want to relist her purchases They have already been relisted but how will they give me the transaction fees & listing fees Will I even be able to be reimbursed for them?
I received the package back this morning and Im sure she would like to get her money back as soon as she can. Any help would be so much appreciated

I went back in the page for issuing a refund At the bottom after i clicked issue full refund I saw where the fees back to me showed up I think I have answered my own question. I just may as well do it. if im wrong i will know the next time :o) what to do and what not to do....

I issued a partial refund from Etsy for shipping overages for the first time the other day myself. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve (I'm used to using Paypal). I think I'm liking Etsy direct checkout more as I get used to it.

HI Wendy Yes I was in a bit of a panic when I had to do my first refund today but it went perfect thankfully. I really like the direct checkout a lot too. Just have to learn as we go I guess. I laughed at myself as I didn't want to press any buttons in case I was wrong but i did and it worked out just fine. You have a great day.... Sunny
