Giving refunds from DC transactions?

I know this is probably covered in a thread elsewhere, but how would you go about issuing a refund if things don't work out with a seller? I'm in situation where international shipping charges vs. speed of getting the item could be a deal breaker, so I want to just be prepared in case I have to refund.

It's pretty easy - Once the purchase has been made, go to the invoice and there should be a little drop down menu under "Manage Order." Select "Issue a Refund." Hopefully you won't have to issue a refund though!
