Funds available are off a day

I have a transaction in this shop (just one transaction out of 3) and one in my other shop that has the funds available date 4 days out instead of 3.

Who do I contact regarding this?

Have you tried contacting the leaders of this team? A leader should know how to handle that.

It takes 3 business days, so it could be longer if the transaction happens on a Friday evening or on the weekends.

I am not noticing that business days have anything to do with availability. It is just three days from the date of sale whether over holidays or weekends, or not.

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to let you know that there was a little bit of a discrepancy for some orders, depending on the time they were placed. We display times as eastern time on the site, but we store times internally in UTC (which is a universal time zone common on the internet). For a small number of orders, the funds available date would actually display as 4 days from the date of the order.

Our team just made a fix for this, so it should not continue to be a problem for those who have noticed it. It will not, unfortunately, be changed for orders that have already been placed.
