DC bank account now unconfirmed?

i have had DC for several months.

after this last round of bugs today, my shop payment account now has the banner saying that DC is available to my shop and funds will be transferred when i confirm my bank account.

is my bank account still confirmed?

I've turned it off. I can't take a chance that my money will be held because of this bug.

I'm so lukewarm on this anyway. This just confirms my original misgivings.

I have that banner, but it also has the last 4 of my bank account and says its sending a deposit on Monday.

If I get more etsy small deposits I'm just not going to use it anymore.

Stuff like this make me very nervous when it comes to my money.

Glad I got my last deposit released and that I had time to turn it off before I got another order.

i've got some money coming on monday, too, so hopefully that means the system still knows what bank account to send it to. i'm not worried about it. if it becomes an issue, i'll turn it off until it is resolved.

I have the same thing. I've turned off DC until this issue gets resolved. I have a deposit pending for Friday. I hope they get it fixed before then.

when i posted this thread is when i noticed it. it should be fixed now. it looks like it was just the banner, not an "un-confirmation".

I confirmed my account, then I decided to add another. I didnt know you couldnt have more than one. So realizing that I decided to go back to the original one that I added, which is already confirmed. But its telling me I have to confirm all over again? I have a payment that is pending too..so do the funds just stay in limbo until the account is reconfirmed?

Hey Simone,

For security reasons, our system requires bank information to be verified when submitted (even if this information had previously been verified). As such, you'll receive two new small deposits to verify that bank information.

In terms of your payments -- no worries! Funds from any DC sales will be awaiting disbursement in your Shop Payment Account. You can keep track of them there. Sometimes some orders take a little bit longer to process than other orders, but the pending order that you had previously mentioned should be in your Shop Payment Account by now! :)
