I have two orders pending due to an issue with direct checkout. One person wants to cancel the order. I cannot do anything. I saw this post about the issue yesterday and it still is not resolved. It is pretty say that I had to google it myself to find out about it.

Customers are not always very understanding about credit card issues with all the fraud going on today. Why did they not alert sellers of the issue so we can be prepared to address the situation. Please advise as to the status of this issue.
