DC refund

Hi, I'm sure this has been addressed before, but I don't see how to search these threads, so apologies. (And, fwiw, I can't find it in Help either.)

My question is if I need to cancel an order that used DC, do I get all fees back, i.e., both the flat fee and the percentage fee?

Go to your receipt and under the items in blue it says Manage Orders with a drop down arrow that says Issue a Refund or Cancel a Transaction. I believe the only time I have not received all my fees is if I didn't refund the shipping.
