Confirming Bank Account

Hi!

I signed up for direct deposit about 2 months ago and I just recently got a sale through it. My bank account was never confirmed and I never received the small deposits from Etsy in my account. Should I update my bank account and just redo it again? Thanks so much!

Are you sure you have checked your bank account statement. My bank account received small deposits for my second shop and I neglected to use the amounts to confirm the account. I had already done that to confirm my first shop and for some reason did not do it when I opened the second shop.

What I am trying to say is, "Be sure to check back to your bank statements for those deposits first."

Yes, I did check my bank statement multiple times, but I saw nothing from Etsy.

I would suggest that you contact support@etsy.com directly so someone can help you with this. For bank account info, we don't usually supply straight answers regarding your account in the forums for risk reasons, but someone will be abe to make sure your account is verified if you contact them directly.
