DC orders (last I knew) can't be marked as unshipped. Double check it is a DC order. If it is DC and you can undo the marked shipped I would say post in bugs about that one.
I am going to guess the transactions that weren't available will deposit on Monday. They probably didn't become available until Saturday. The why behind that could be a couple of different reasons.
If you don't see those transactions available to deposit in the Monday deposit then you may want to convo one of the team leaders.
