Any changes to DC planned?

The main reason I prefer PayPal to DC is that I feel it is more versatile for my use. I can deposit to multiple accounts. I can deposit any amount, any time rather than a big chunk. I can use it to make purchases. I find DC really inflexible. Does anyone know if Etsy plans to make any changes to DC, and if so, do you have any links?

So far, the controversy over the feedback 'stars' seems to have taken over upstairs.

I think the choice of payment options should be there. Personally I used PayPal for everything and have never had a problem. I don't like the idea of DC being the only option. .And I wonder if problems arise, would there be any telephone support? There isn't any for Etsy.

As DC is not available to all sellers I don't see it becoming the only option. Add that to the fact it can not be used to do things like pay bill, purchase postage, etc and I don't see paypal going away anytime soon, or DC becoming the "only" option.

I just checked my payment options and Paypal is still an option in my shop - I know there is a lot of talk about this, but so far nothing has changed that I can see.
