Is it too confusing to sell prints on 8.5 X 11 size paper?

My issue is this, I design word art but I know that to frame it, the art has to be in 8 by 10 form. Then If I do this the paper only comes in 8.5 by 11 size. I am thinking do I cut the paper to size or merely center a 8 X 10 image on the standard 8.5 X11. I figure that this option will give the customer the option of hanging it up as is or cut it to size to frame it. I did find these beautiful frames at walmart. The frame will nicely fit the 8.5 X 11 size. I just want to know what size is more popular? I have to after all do what my clients ask me?

It is confusing! I get around the whole problem by matting all of my prints so they are ready for an 8 x 10 frame or 11 x 14 frame. I know it's a lot more work for me, but I think possibly I sell a lot more because it is all ready to give as a gift or find a frame - no cutting and guess work. I have no way of knowing for sure - but I know I would rather buy a print matted then try and cut something to fit a frame.
