Problem with Digital Files

Hello all!

I have a question/problem.

I have someone that bought a digital sign in my shop, and she says that whenever she tries to upload it to Walmrt Photo or Shutter Fly it says that my file is corrupt.

I had this same problem over the Christmas Season when I was trying to upload my Christmas cards to get printed.

I create my files with Adobe Illustrator CS3...and then I open them in Photoshop to save as a JPEG. What am I doing wrong?

How do you all create your files?

Re: Problem with Digital Files

Hi Emily,

Did you try re-saving the file again into a JPG format? Also what is the file size? One time my file was too big to upload to WalMart's system so I had to change that. Let me know how it goes.

I know that the file is smaller than what they specify...I have tried saving into a JPEG. Is it because my Adobe is an older version?
