Customers not realizing they are buying a digital item!

I have recently had a few issues with customers making a purchase, then about a week later asking where there item is. When I explain that they purchased a digital item, then act surprised, yet I count no less than 6 times where my listings state that it is for a digital download and that no physical item will be shipped. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so, how have you handled or corrected the issue?

Thanks!

Hi John!
Happy Friday to you!
Thanks for your question. The first thing I noticed right away when I clicked on one of your images is in big black bold letters its says Milestone Stickers..I have a gut feeling that your customers are thinking they are actual stickers. I know I thought that initially. I think that is where the problem lies. Personally I would remove the bold wording. I would refund their money so you do not get any bad reviews. I hope this helps.

Also you may want to rethink using sports logos too. This is considered trademark and copyright violation and I would hate to see you get yourself in hot water legally over this. There have been a lot of Etsy shops shut down because of this.
