I wanted to buy a square

I was sure that y'all would have a pool going on when and who the Democratic party would draft to replace Hillary.

If the Donald is right (and I don't think he is) I hope Hillary doesn't end up in a prison with those horizontal black and white stripe uniforms...that just wouldn't be a good look for her...although she does seem to be partial to pantsuits.

Did y'all see the AP story that the UN is going to allow Iran to inspect their own nuke sites? I'm feeling so much safer with that deal. =)

Gotta run, I've got a wedding, a baby shower and a boutique order to finish today.

Y'all have fun!!

Re: I wanted to buy a square

Something tells me that with all of the bankruptcies and wheeling and dealing in the real estate market there is a much better chance that the"Donald" has committed a whole lot more crimes than Hillary but ...hey yall lurve him and think he can save the world.
GO YALL !!
His naked centerfold wife will be such a great first lady !!! I can just see her in 6 inch stilettos doing the annual easter egg roll, all of the photographers waiting her to tumble down the hill while she's thinking "Oops I forgot to wear panties today" and the photographers are fist bumping each other. Wow , what's the christian right going to say about that ?
Yea , thats gonna be a Kodak moment we won't forget.

That's the way to focus on what's most important...Don't worry about the disastrous Iranian deal.

Re: I wanted to buy a square

I have said this before and I will repeat it.... I think we should let the middle east take care of their owns fights. We have no business policing the world because when we do the world acts like we are supposed to fight all of their fights for them. Irans nukes are the problem of that region . They do not and will not have the capabilities to launch intercontinental devices. That may seem like a cold attitude but too many of our young men and women took their last breath in the middle east.

Re: I wanted to buy a square

You're living in a bubble.

We had...and other countries had...strict sanctions against Iran. They were good for controlling Iran's actions, to a large degree. NOW, thanks to your ignorant POTUS, they get everything they want, and we are in much worse shape than we were before. It's completely stupid, or traitorous! Which one?

I'm sure that Iran would never go to Russia or North Korea for help with their missile delivery system...oh wait...they are already talking to them. =(

http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/21/politics/obama-approval-rating-poll/index.html

Washington (CNN)After a brief bump into positive territory, disapproval of President Barack Obama is on the rise amid dismal reviews of his work on several foreign policy issues and a sense that his policies would lead the country in the wrong direction.

According to a new CNN/ORC Poll, Obama's disapproval rating has inched above 50%, with 51% now saying they disapprove of how he's handling the presidency and 47% approving.

That's a negative shift since late-July, when 49% approved and 47% disapproved. Majorities also disapprove of the way Obama is handling the economy and foreign affairs, as 52% say the policies Obama has proposed would move the country in the wrong direction.

Assessing Obama's handling of several issues, the President fares worst on his handling of ISIS, the Islamic militant group that controls some areas of Iraq and Syria, with 62% disapproving of how the President is dealing with the group. Nearly as many, 60% say they disapprove of his management of the U.S. relationship with Iran.

Re: I wanted to buy a square

Biden and Warren? What a match...........SHE thought it was okay to lie to get ahead and HE was guilty of plagiarism, not to mention his foot-in-mouth disease. I do believe Trump could beat that pair.

http://elizabethwarrenwiki.org/elizabeth-warren-native-american-cherokee-controversy/

Soon after the Boston Herald report, information was uncovered[8] by George Mason University Law School Professor David Bernstein[9] that starting in the mid-1980s, when she was at U. Penn. Law School, Warren had put herself on the “Minority Law Teacher” list in the faculty directory of the Association of American Law Schools but dropped from that list when she gain tenure at Harvard in 1995.

Warren had not previously revealed these law directory entries. The AALS directory was used as a recruiting tool[10] by law schools in that time period in order to identify, among other things, minority law professors.

According to Professor David Bernstein[11]:

“In the old days before the Internet, you’d pull out the AALS directory and look up people. There are schools that if they were looking for a minority faculty member, would go to that list and might say, ‘I didn’t know Elizabeth Warren was a minority,’ ” said George Mason University Law professor David Bernstein, a former chairman of the American Association of Law Schools.

Warren aides clammed up yesterday and refused to answer questions about why she stopped listing herself in the AALS directory after 1995. Around that time, Harvard Law School started boasting that Warren was their first minority female professor.

“That appendix strikes me as obviously allowing people to announce themselves as being members of minority groups in case people are looking for such members for whatever reason,” Bernstein said.

http://www.nytimes.com/1987/09/18/us/biden-admits-plagiarism-in-school-but-says-it-was-not-malevolen...

WASHINGTON, Sept. 17— Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr., fighting to salvage his Presidential campaign, today acknowledged ''a mistake'' in his youth, when he plagiarized a law review article for a paper he wrote in his first year at law school.

Mr. Biden insisted, however, that he had done nothing ''malevolent,'' that he had simply misunderstood the need to cite sources carefully. And he asserted that another controversy, concerning recent reports of his using material from others' speeches without attribution, was ''much ado about nothing.''

Re: I wanted to buy a square

If Uncle Joe was a republican...do you think that he would still be in politics?

Would Obama be touting him as the best decision he ever made?

Republicans get run out of politics for not being able to spell potato.

...back to the salt mines... =(

http://nypost.com/2015/10/11/obama-will-be-the-only-person-sticking-to-iran-deal/

...Obama may end up being the only person in the world to sign his much-wanted deal, in effect making a treaty with himself.

The Iranians have signed nothing and have no plans for doing so. The so-called Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) has not even been discussed at the Islamic Republic’s Council of Ministers. Nor has the Tehran government bothered to even provide an official Persian translation of the 159-page text.
The Islamic Majlis, the ersatz parliament, is examining an unofficial text and is due to express its views at an unspecified date in a document “running into more than 1,000 pages,” according to Mohsen Zakani, who heads the “examining committee.”

“The changes we seek would require substantial rewriting of the text,” he adds enigmatically.

Nor have Britain, China, Germany, France and Russia, who were involved in the so-called P5+1 talks that produced the JCPOA, deemed it necessary to provide the Obama “deal” with any legal basis of their own. Obama’s partners have simply decided that the deal he is promoting is really about lifting sanctions against Iran and nothing else.
