I've recently upgraded from a DIY lightbox (out of a paper box and white paper) that i used with a regular daylight bulb, unfiltered (positioned in front), to this light tent setup:

Old picture with DIY light box:

Any idea what the culprit is? Camera settings, lights, etc? Any tips on getting better light tent pictures?
My camera: Nikon L810
ISO: auto
White balance: flourescent
I bumped exposure compensation up to about 1.7 for this, but it didn't make much difference.
