I have a customer who has bought many of my unfinished cross stockings. She will not leave any reviews for me even when I send a freebie and ask nicely for a review in my handwritten thank you note. Today she bought 4 different times from me in 15 minute intervals. Her first order was enough to get free shipping but the other 3 no and they were separate. Am I obligated to send her back the shipping fees if I choose to send all 10 stockings in one mailing pouch? I do not have this in my shop rules. Thank you everyone!

Hey everyone! I primarily sell cross stitch patterns on my shop. I'm a graphic designer so I have access to programs like InDesign and Illustrator. Right now, this is where I create my patterns, and I'm finding that it's probably not the best way. As it stands, I hand draw every single square of my pattern, which takes a lot of time. That part I actually don't hate, but I'm having a lot of trouble with creating symbol charts to sell with my patterns. I know a lot of people want that when they make a purchase, but the way I'm doing it now it requires copy and pasting hundreds or thousands of tiny symbols, and the software usually freezes up and don't even let me finish. For anyone out there who sells CS patterns, do you use some kind of software that generates a symbol pattern from the design you create?
