How to make a PDF pattern?

Hi! I'm new here. I only have finished items in my shop but I would like to know how to make PDF patterns for sale. If you have done them, help me please.

I purchased a software program called PC Stitch 10 and it's so much fun to use! It has tutorials on using the software and even helps you create your first pattern. You can scan photos and then upload them into the program or just start from scratch. There's a help section that answers a lot of your questions. I would highly recommend it if you are seriously thinking about doing your own patterns.

You can find in on the internet, just type in PCStitch10 and it will take you to different places where you can purchase it.

I do have a program called PM Stitch Creator - its problem was inability to save files as PDF, probably because it's very old (1999, as its About section says!). I just figured out how to save them as pictures using the PrintScreen key and insert into documents. I will look into PC Stitch 10 because it looks very convenient. Have a nice day!

I use the program WinStich - it is simple to use and create designs and saves to PDF

I also use PCStitch 10, and I love it! I originally had issues saving my patterns as a PDFsince the program doesn't seem to offer that feature unfortunately. So I downloaded and installed a (free!) program called PrimoPDf which allows you to print to PDF (using the print menu in PCStitch). Good luck and have fun!
