Is there a restriction to ship products to Netherland?

Hi

I have a customer who would like to purchase this item from my shop (see link below):

The individual is from Netherland. They stated that when they went to purchase the item that there was something that came up about there being a restriction to ship to this country. Is there something going on that I'm not aware of?

My customer is patiently waiting to see if I can get this item shipped to them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just to preface: for questions related to sales and shipping on Etsy.com, your best bet is to contact Etsy directly by going to www.etsy.com/help. We do our best to help out, but we're not actually Etsy employees so we're not the ultimate authority on these matters.

That being said, it looks like you only have United States and Canada listed under "Ships To" on that item. Take a look at www.etsy.com/blog/en/2009/seller-how-to-shipping/ to get a better idea of how shipping on Etsy works. If that doesn't help, I would definitely go to the source and ask an Etsy support staff member at etsy.com/help!
